Shipping Policy
We process orders Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We do everything we can to ensure that your order is processed and shipped the same day on all orders places prior to 4:00pm. All orders received after 4:00pm will be shipped the next day, except on Fridays. Orders received on Fridays after 4:00pm will ship the follow regular work day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and major U.S. holidays.
PLEASE NOTE:
We currently only ship USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class, max delivery time is 3 days anywhere in the U.S.
Business days refer to weekdays - Monday through Friday.
U.S. legal holidays are not counted as business days.
We now offer USPS Priority International shipping to select countries. Your shipping charge will be shown when checking out. Current rates range from $9.95 to $14.95. Shipping times range anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on your location. If your country is not listed please contact us.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return products within 90 days of the order shipment date.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on any discontinued items, cut wire, cord sold by the yard, chain, partial returns on items packaged in bulk or books.
Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise:
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. (For example, labels must still be attached and unmarred, products in their original bags, strands of beads still strung, sealed packages unopened.) A product that is returned in a way that it cannot be resold as is will be assessed a 15 percent restocking fee.
Include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order.
On the packing slip, circle or highlight the returned products and indicate the quantity you are returning. Please do not write on or mar the product label.
Package the products carefully for return shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by insured US mail, UPS or FedEx.
